So just to log this... My mom made supper last night (chicken Alfredo lasagna rolls) so I had one and then I had ice cream, so I completely broke the rules, and FYI, not feeling so great today. Way too much dairy...
Well for day two, I again had banana pancakes and shakeo at work for breakfast, and then when I got Home I made this delicious Mexican chicken with peppers dish that you are supposed to serve on lettuce but instead I combined them in a bowl. Delicious! Recipe in the whole 30 book. I also made coconut almond flour cookies with the chocolate chips that are ok to eat. Sooooo good. Shanna tagged me in the recipe and I'm going to have to save it. For supper, we went to paradiso for Ashley's birthday and I got the southwestern salad, only cheating a little by having a few chips with the salsa and a piece of cake after. Side note: Devin had a bout again last night and now I am quite determined to start switching him over to a wholistic paleo diet. Today I am officially starting the whole 30 program which means no sugar, no grains, no dairy, no processed foods, just good, healthy, whole foods 🍴 Day One: I opened at the Y so I had banana pancakes with sunflower but butter and unsweetened applesauce through out the morning. I had shakeo for lunch, and a squash purée and salad with homemade BBQ sauce for supper, and a fruit creme thing for dessert =) overall pretty yummy, going to have to experiment with more recipes =) |
